In accordance with the regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation, 49 CFR Part 26, notice is hereby given that the Rio Metro Regional Transit District (RMRTD) proposes an overall goal of 6.018% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation in RMRTD contracting opportunities during Fiscal Years 2018 – 2020. The proposed goal and rationale for goal development are available for public review for a period of 30 days during normal business hours at the address listed below.
