Free Shuttles to and from the Airport

Plan your Trip

Determine which Rail Runner Express Station you will need to arrive at or depart from. Then select the Route that corresponds to your flight time.

Pay your Fare

You can ride the shuttles and buses for FREE if you purchase your Rail Runner ticket in advance online or on our app. If you don’t already have your train ticket you can pay the driver a $1 fare each way.

Find your Way

Follow signs directing you to the shuttle you wish to board. For example, if you are at the Downtown Albuquerque station and need to go to the airport, follow the signs that direct you to Bus Bay “E”. If you are at the airport, the shuttles are located at the lower level at the west end of the shuttle island, look for the Bus Stop signs.

Board your Shuttle

The Airport Express shuttle has a picture of the train on one side and the Rail Runner Express on the other. ABQ Ride transit buses are white and maroon and will show their route number on the front and side of each bus.
